Yvette organises management of the network through coordinating steering committee meetings and implementating their outcomes.  This has lead to the development of symposia, seminar series and a stakeholder roadshow specific to issues surrounding climate change and terrestrial biodiversity adaptation.  Researchers from across the regional nodes are brought together in workshops that develop explicit and practical strategies to increase the resilience of terrestrial ecosystems and maximise their adaptive potential under climate change.   Early career researchers are encouraged with funding opportunities that focus on adaptation.

Yvette facilitates all of the above while maintaining involvement in the Centre for Tropical Biodiversity and Climate Change at James Cook University.

Andrew manages the NCCARF-TB website and databases.

With an extensive knowledge of data management and software development, Andrew is able to identify and implement systems that will greatly improve the centralisation and accessibility of data for others working within the field of Climate Change and Terrestrial Biodiversity. His goal is to develop systems, provide information and support researchers manage their data to enable greater collaboration.

Joanne compiles and edits the TRE-Bulletin and Information Sheets.  She does this through communication with the scientific community and her own extensive knowledge of climate change adaptation in terrestrial biodiversity.  Her aim is to synthesise and break down scientific jargon into manageable concepts that both community members and policy makers can consume and integrate into recommendations and frameworks that will guide the way forward for Australia to adapt to global climate change.  Joanne strives to keep you up to date on the very latest in climate change adaptation and research for terrestrial biodiversity.
