The Primary Industries Adaptation Research Network (PIARN) will host a professional development workshop for postgraduate students from 1-5pm on Monday 14 February at the Melbourne Cricket Ground, prior to the start of the CCRSPI Conference. The workshop will enable networking between postgraduates and senior researchers, including the PIARN Management Group and CCRSPI Conference keynote speakers, and will incorporate professional development sessions led by senior researchers.

The workshop is free and open to all postgraduate and honours students under! ! taking research in climate change adaptation for primary industries.

PIARN will also sponsor 15 PhD and Honours students to attend the CCRSPI Conference and PIARN postgraduate workshop. Successful interstate applicants will receive complementary conference registration and a $1000 travel bursary, while successful Victorian applicants will receive complementary conference registration.

Applications for the travel scholarships close Friday 14 January. Registrations for the postgraduate workshop close Thursday 27 January.
