Description

Hotspots are derived from a TIF image obtained from NOAA-AVHRR and NASA Satellites. This layer shows the fire locations recently burning fires as sensed by satellites.
 
This information is available on Sentinel and North Australia Fire Information web pages. The scale resolution is 1000 meters from NOAA-AVHRR Satellites, and 250 meters from NASA Satellites (Modis).
