Funding Opportunities PDF Print E-mail
General

We will not fund pure climate change impacts research, or research that is not related to Terrestrial Biodiversity.

Your application proposal must show a strong case for directly informing alternative management options or assisting in natural adaptation of terrestrial biodiversity to climate change. A statement that "this research will inform management" is not enough.

Honours and Masters Project funding:

A total of 10 honours / masters project funding, valued at up to $7,000 each, will be offered each year over a four year period by the National Climate Change Adaptation Research Facility - Terrestrial Biodiversity Network. The funding is specifically for research to be supervised by members of the NCCARF - Terrestrial Biodiversity network. Applications will be accepted in a wide range of disciplines; however the research undertaken must be relevant to the area of climate change adaptation in terrestrial systems and must address the priority areas outlined in the National Adaptation Research Plan for terrestrial biodiversity.

You can download a copy of the Honours / Masters Project funding application form here.
